Pegasus is software for research, simulation, portfolio controls, and broker execution. It does not guarantee profits, outperform any benchmark or investment professional, or prevent losses.

Trading risk

Securities and derivatives can lose value rapidly. Automated execution may amplify losses through market gaps, data failures, latency, slippage, model error, or unexpected broker behavior. Paper performance is hypothetical and can differ materially from live results.

Operator responsibility

The account owner remains responsible for broker permissions, capital allocation, legal and tax obligations, enabled strategies, and every live deployment. Emergency controls and limits reduce risk; they do not make trading safe.

Private licensing

Access is revocable, device-bound, non-transferable unless expressly authorized, and subject to online license validation.
